Dr. Neil Anglim combines his expertise as an interventional cardiologist at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, with his passion for property investment. Since beginning his property journey in 2010, Neil has built a substantial buy-to-let portfolio through strategic acquisitions and careful market analysis.

From 2013 to 2016, Neil established himself as a leader in Scotland’s property investment community by creating and hosting the region’s premier property networking event in North East Scotland. This flagship gathering brought together investors from across the area and featured renowned speakers from throughout the UK, cementing Neil’s reputation as a connector and thought leader in the industry.

Based in Dundee, Neil has developed particular expertise in identifying undervalued properties and recognising value-add opportunities that others might overlook. His dual background in medicine and property investment provides him with a unique analytical approach to market evaluation and risk assessment.
